ABOUT ME
I was immersed in diverse cultures from a young age, living in Ghana, South Africa, the United States, Bosnia, the Netherlands, Spain, Belgium and France. This international exhibition aroused my curiosity and deepened my understanding of social, political and cultural dynamics.
I first completed my studies in tourism management, obtaining a master's degree in Business Management in Barcelona after obtaining a bachelor's degree in Brussels. During this period, I developed expertise in hotel information systems and information technology, focusing on the digital transformation of operations and strategies, including customer relationship management (CRM ), marketing and revenue management. I also gained professional experience in marketing, where I created content for advertising campaigns, conducted market research and analyzed customer data to improve sales strategies, wrote reports and presented analysis results , writes articles and newsletters, and analyzes sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
However, my growing passion for geopolitics naturally guided me towards a career change in journalism. I made the transition to the news industry, obtaining a master's degree in Information and Communication at the journalism school of Aix-Marseille University. There, I focused on optimizing media performance through digital transformation. I had the opportunity to work as Community Manager for the independent media Le Monde Moderne, where I analyzed publication performance data to optimize engagement and developed online communication strategies to increase visibility .
By further training with a bachelor's degree in data science, which I completed last summer, I gained advanced skills to process and visualize complex information using Python, SQL, Knime, and Power BI. Today, data journalism allows me to blend my analytical and creative skills to transform raw data into compelling stories, weaving a coherent thread through each stage of my educational and professional journey.
